Ang daming flower child/hippie chic ngayon ah?

Kung nakiki-"Coachella inspired" ang pautot mo ngayon, parang bang may one day pass ka at least sa Coachella this weekend?

Ang mga patay gutom katulad ko Telluride Bluegrass lang ang naafford ko eh.







Kung wala kang pera, saan ba 'near' Coachella music event sa Pinas na pwede kang lumantod para hindi naman masayang ang kiyeme mo?

I'm tempted to say that music festivals today do not rival Woodstock '69, not even close, but on a second thought, pare-pareho lang yan. Dyan nagsimula ang secularism/new age/humanism/rebellion/counter culture churvaloo that is so pervasive today. Everybody wants to be Che Guevara. Nakaka-sad lungs.

Not for the music festival though. I'm hearing good reviews of the place.

For sightseeing and relaxation maybe *okay*

There are a lot of good camping over there. Your kids would like it. By June it's still kinda cold though at night. Wait until July-ish.

I guess pwede naman hotel hotel, one night in Ouray, tapos one night in Durango, one night in Cortez, Mountain Village and Silverton (although I can't tell you the accommodations on the last two I've never stayed there) etc.

Tignan mo sa AirBnB baka merong cheap.

Kung sa June, baka ako lang (with guests from Asia) kasi sa COS naka-base ang malaking cliente namin eh. I've been to Royal Gorge last time, amazing place.

Though I am planning to spend Christmas with my family in either Aspen or Durango. I think 11-12 hours drive is worth it. Loaded pa ako ng mga hotel points so pwedeng makalibre pa ng accomodation.

[CROUCHING-TIGER-DISAPPEARING-SPOILER]Aspen is FAR from Telluride. :glee: It's faster to get to Denver and CO Springs from Aspen than to the San Juan Mountains (even though it's between Denver and Durango) because of the mountains and highways...although that's because I don't know the backways (I'm sure there are).

Pero close to Aspen = Maroon Bells.

...I'd go there in the fall though...para mapicture picture kayo ng family mo among the Aspen trees para sosyal. :glee:

PS Telluride is only...I would say 2hr -ish from 4 Corners...I don't know how far Phoenix to 4 Corners.
