I would like to stand to this!
I am supporting THE LAW AGAINST CHILD ABUSE in our country.

Way back when I was child, a close friend (boy) of mine told me about a GAY PRIEST who sexually abused him. I was a child back then so I don't understand everything he said.

Another friend of mine (girl) told us that their father has sexually abused them. And her sister became a prostitute and one of her sister became a lesbian. I believe this has brought by their traumatic experiences their father did to them.

And now, I AM DEEPLY in anger to know that ANOTHER GAY PRIEST (A FAMOUS HEALING PRIEST) has molested my boyfriend during his childhood for about 7 years. He is a sacristan of a healing priest. As a sacristan he has ministry duties in the church, and he has sexual duties to the priest. Yes! In exchange of Php500, material things, and out of the countries tour, my boyfriend allowed that priest to sexually abused him. He was a child back then. What does a child know about these things that the priest asked him to do?

Ang bababuy niyo mga CHILD MOLESTERS! Mahiya naman kayo sa ginagawa niyo! Ang mga bata ay pag-asa ng bayan! WAg niyo abusuhin! I-respeto niyo ang mga kabataan tulad ng respeto sa inyo ng mga bata!
Mahiya kayo sa mga sarili niyo! Dapat sa inyo ay kinukulong! Lalo na yung mga pari na yan na naturingang alagad ng Dios. Ang linis ng tingin sa inyo tapos puro kababuyan ginagawa niyo sa likod ng malinis niyong mga damit.

Laws that protect children should be passed, but we have to be careful that the proposed law also protects the rights of the accused. What does the proposed law actually says?

First of all, ang kasong inihain ng Thread Starter ay ukol sa mga Catholic priests na child molesters. I just backed it up po.

Base po ito na ang pinakamalaking organisasyon na pinakamaraming demanda at admission sa child abuse ay ang RCC po! Sorry kung na-offend kayo, hindi naman mga miembro ang isinisiwalat kundi ang ORGANISASYON! Ang mga biktima po ay mga miembro! Hindi pa ba nyo makita ang nagsusumigaw na kamalian dito?

At si Rosita po ang humingi ng tawad kay FYM ayon sa affidavit na ipinagawa nya. Humingi siya ng tawad sa maling nagawa nya sa pakikisama sa mga masasamang tao na nagbigay ng kasinungalingang ito kay FYM. Nagbalik sa iglesia si Rosita kasama ang kanyang asawa, tumanggap siya ng tungkulin bilang diakonesa at tinupad nya ang tungkuling ito hanggang kamatayan

I, ROSITA TRILLANES, Filipino, of legal age, married a resident of and with a postal address at 639 Piy Margal, Manila, upon being duly sworn according to law depose and say:

1. That I am the same ROSITA TRILLANES who was accused of libel by Mr. Felix Manalo before the Court of First Instance of the City of Manila, in the month of September in the year 1939;

2. That I was convicted by the Court of First Instance for that crime upon my failure to prove the truth thereof, said conviction having been published by the Taliba, on January 4, 1941;

3. That I appealed from the decision of the said Court of First Instance to the Court of Appeals because of my fear that upon my failure to pay the fine imposed threat that I would be imprisoned;

4. That concerning that libelous letter I wrote and for which I accused by Mr. Felix Manalo, I hereby state and so declare, that all matters therein stated and written are all false and pure fabrications without any truth whatsoever;

5. That the letter and all those matters stated therein was fabricated by Messrs Raymundo Mansilungan, Tedoro Briones and Cirilo Gonzales who induced me to sign the same upon their representation that it would be shown only to the brethren of the Church of Christ (IGLESIA NI CRISTO) to convince them to revolt against the administration of Mr. Felix Manalo, in retribution against him for expelling us from the Church;

6. That together with Messrs Raymundo Mansilungan, Tedoro Briones and Cirilo Gonzales, we were expelled from the Church for Acts and behaviors contrary to the doctrines of the Church;

7. That contrary to my expectation, my companions above mentioned not only showed the letter to the brethren in the Church, but published the same in a Pampango Newspaper, entitled “Ing Cawal”, whose editor at the time was Salvador Tumang, and as a consequence thereof, Mr Felix Manalo filed a libel suit against me and against Salvador Tumang and Cirilo Gonzales, resulting in our conviction,

8. That after my conviction I appealed the case to the Court of Appeals and by claiming that I was motivated by good intentions I was able to acquit myself (see Official Gazette Vol. 1, July 1942 – No. 8180, April 21, 1942), although, since then and up to the present time, I have been bothered continuously by remorse and a guilty conscience;

9. That I have therefore executed the foregoing affidavit to confirm the truth of all I have stated above and for such other purposes for which the same could be availed of to right the wrong and injustice I have committed against Mr. Felix Manalo about whose integrity and character I have the highest of regard and respect. Furthermore, I have executed the same without any consideration whatsoever, without having been induced by any one, except for the reasons I have stated, and without mental reservation whatsoever.

Walang nangyari. Wala ring revolt na nangyari kagaya ng inaasahan ng grupong gumamit ke Rosita. Pero ngayon ay naglalabasan na nga ang mga sumbong sa pari kahit noong 40's 50's 60's till present! Alam mo bang karamihan ng paring isinumbong ay namatay na sa katandaan pero isinumbong na rin dahil kargo ng IKAR ito. Basahin mo ang mga balita. Karamihan nang nagsumbong or nagsusumbong na child-molested sila ay halos senior citizens na ngayon.

MALAMANG is not a proof Kaya puro bintang lang. Nothing comes from nothing.

Yung ibang nag-reklamo, magulang ng mga batang namatay noon pa at ngayon pa lang nakakakuha ng "hustisya".

I would like to name that HEALING PRIEST WHO MOLESTED AND ABUSED MY BOYFRIEND FOR 6 YEARS. But my boyfriend asked me to just let it and lift it all to God for he know that even the priests are also humans like us. They also sinned like us. We all have our own sin and my boyfriend considered what had happened in his childhood a sin of a human priest. In the end, I am proud of my boyfriend for thinking that way instead of putting all his angers to the priests in the church. He doesn't want me to think that all priests are the same.

But I still... I would like to support this LAW!
The government should act on this. Or else we will not able to eradicate those rapist in our country.
