Okay, so I have read a thread about 'Reasons for leaving your old job', but for I have just graduated, I think I need the insights of those who are already 'veteran' in the company that they work for.
Why are they still working for that company?
Is it because of the salary?
The environment?
The benefits?
May lover sila dun? (LOL)
Are they afraid of leaving the job because they think that they will be having a difficult time looking for a new one?
All of the above?
I just need some help regarding this one because I've read negative stuff on the thread that I've read (Although, I know for a fact that all the reasons there are all reasonable and possible.
Thanks for those who will help!

Salary is a big factor. In the first place, you are working for money to give back to your parents and that money sustains your independence as well. Environment? Yes, for me hindi ako makakapagtrabaho pag yung katrabaho ko toxic or not in good terms with. Luckily for me, I get along with them well enough to make my work lighter. Benefits? I guess you already know that for ilang beses ka na naginquire sa kin
. Pero for those who doesn't know naman, the company that I've been working in, gives it's employees activities and other amenities to give them leisure time para hindi naman puro work. Sa lover section naman.....well...
secret! Maybe? It's Classified! hahahaha. Afraid of leaving my job? Yes. Not because I am afraid that I will be having a difficult time looking for a new one, but instead, I am afraid to leave my job because it satisfies my needs na. So I guess All of the Above na. But I don't know about the others. You should consider their opinions din

I love my salary! Lahat ng efforts are being rewarded through benefits not to mention mga fun activities and contests. Hindi boring, hindi lanf puro work.
Actually, marami parin offer sakin but I chose to stay here kasi simple lang, it is fun and rewarding! I have grown here so much eh.0 -

Wala akong work ngayon pero 3 years ago, ang dahilan ko lang kaya ako nagresign is because kailangan ko bumalik sa school pero kung di yun ang dahilan nagtagal siguro ako. of course salary at benefits lalo na pag may health benefits ka na nakukuha. maganda magstay sa company na makes you feel na you deserve more0 -

hahaha true! Siguro para malaman mo kung sila talaga ang the right one, eh kailangan maging vigilant ka.0 -
It all comes down when you think that it's not about just job for you to have money.. It's when you think that it's career and want to grow more on that kind of industry...
This is true! You can earn money in any company but it is just a matter of how you can grow as a professional and as a person na eh.0 -

hindi ko naman sinabing lahat... almost all lang.. kasi karamihan ang nasaisip pagkagrad kailangan na agad mag work...
Right? It is a good thing naman din to find a job right after graduation. dapat lang talaga yung trabaho na they will be something more of that they've learned from school. Something that they will find what they really capable of. Passion kung passion ba.0 -
My top 3 Reasons what's holding me back:
1. Comfort Zone
2. Salary
3. Last is this is my first BPO experience since 2009.
2 things that i can think if i will move to other company:
1. Demoting my current position is no big deal for me. If they can offer twice as my salary.
2.They are not strict in terms of breaks, lunch and my start time.0 -

Thanks for the cooment po.
Anyway, Antagal nyo na po pala sa company nyo. I cant imagine how big is your salary na hahaha.
And I guess tama naman atang not too strict sa breaks. kaka start ko lang mag work. They are strict pero I guess it is for the best naman to have everything in time.0 -

guilty ako dito. i wanted to have a job immediately right after graduation kasi my parents might feel na yung mga pinangtuition nila sa akin eh masasayang kung hindi ako makakahanap ng work agad. That was just my gut feeling though. Ayun, hindi naman ako nakahanap agad ng work. Andami kong pinaginterviewhan pero I was so picky so Kahit pinagsa-start nila ako agad agad, hindi ko pinuntahan because of my gut feeling and medyo malaking factor din yung offers nila eh.0 -
The company I'm working on is the longest one I have been in.
Reasons for staying:
1.) Salary
2.) Job responsibilities that I'm happy to be doing.
3.) Upper management who understands and cares about their employees.0
