President Benigno Aquino III said in jest he was ready to be run over by a train if the LRT (Light Rail Transit) Line 1 project from Baclaran to Bacoor will not be completed in two years.
Speaking at a campaign sortie of Team PNoy here on Thursday, Aquino promised that the project that can service an estimated 250,000 passengers would be finished in 2015.
At pag hindi ho nangyari ito, nandyan ho si Secretary Abaya na nangangasiwa ng proyektong ito, dalawa na kaming magpapasagasa siguro sa train ( Secretary Abaya, who is supervising the project, is here. Maybe we can be run over by a train if this project wont materialize), he told the jampacked ground at the Dasmariñas High School.
