choosing a 2nd hand small car

im looking for a small runabout second hard car
budget between P270-360k

eto ang choices ko:

hyundai eon
kia picanto

toyota yaris 2nd gen
suzuki sx4 hatch

______________

- will be used in the province
- hows the reliability of each car/ common issues? stong/weak point of each?
- ni include ko ang sx4 as medyo mataas ng konti ground clearance as para magamit ko papunta sa farm namin [the rest eh mukang pang city driving lang],, and this is the cheapest crossover na nakita ko...

i heard na phase out na ang sx4 but i can see as well na medyo mura na ang resale value nya say for a 5 year old model...kumusta ang parts availability, service cost and reliability ng sx4? AT variant lang nababasa ko sa pinas...wala ba issues ang AT variant nila?

- di masyado big deal sakin ang FC.[within reason] importante eh parts availability, service cost, reliability...and things to consider?

your thoughts?

For Kia or Hyundai - parts availability (in Banawe at least) is not a problem. Dami na sobrang shop specializing in Korean OEM parts.

Picanto has a bigger support group (car club) than EON as I know. No really big issues as I know of.

Yaris naman... that's a class up from the EON or Picanto... better ride, space, etc.
  • Toyota is a good car brand. The Toyota Yaris 2nd hand gen is practical, reasonably comfortable, has a good performance and economical. So if you have a limited budget, you can always look for 2nd hand cars for sale.

I'd just go with the Yaris for ease of service and reliability.
