Job Description:
- Listens to calls, review chat and message transcripts and determine whether a sale is valid or not.
- Coordinates results to department head in a timely manner.
- Processes reports with strong attention to detail.
Qualification:
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to follow product quality control process
Can perform routine procedures
Proficient in MS Excel
Full-Time position available.
