If you love learning new systems and technologies, striving for continuous improvement and live and breathe customer service then Atlassian has a great opportunity for you. As an AtlasDesk Engineer you will work as part of a brand new team in our Manila office with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service to Atlassians everywhere with their workplace technology needs. You will do this at a global scale by solving staff requests, and through the continuous improvement of our self-service and automation offerings. You will be responsible for tasks ranging from application administration and device support, through to access requests and knowledge management.

More About You
We love people with a healthy balance of technical ability and a passion for customer service. You research and play with new technologies in your spare time, and you know how to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical people. We would love for you to have 3 or more years experience in a Service Desk or Customer Service role. You don't take things at face value because 'that's the way they are done', but rather seek to understand the reasons and then take steps to improve. You are tenacious in pursuit of understanding, getting to the bottom of an issue to prevent it from recurring, and help the team by documenting your journey and successes.

AtlasDesk is our online, first choice customer service interface for requests from Atlassian staff globally, and is a part of the broader Workplace Technology team. Together, we provide support for the entire organisation, from our (uber casual) exec level on down.
