Erectyle Dysfunction at 21, HELP

Me and my girlfriend have been together for more than a year now and since then around 3 or 4 times palang namin triny mag sex pero ang fail lagi dahil sa side ko. Kasi sobrang hirap mag maintain ng erection as in, maiwan lang ng 15 seconds na walang touching magiging half erect nalang siya and by the time na ilalagay na condom wala na malambot na ulit. Tapos ma m-maintain ko lang siya na erect yung pag nasa peak na siya kung saan sobrang sensitive na niya pero ang nakakainis ipapasok ko palang penis ko lalabasan na ko kasi peak na nga or worse kakalagay ko palang condom lalabasan na ko and sobrang nakakababaw talaga ng self confidence ko kahit na okay lang sa girlfriend ko. 3 or 4 times na namin sinubukang mag sex pero ganun palagi nangyayari. Pero pag ***** naman kaya ma maintain yung erection as in kaya tuamgal ng atleast 10 minutes pero yun nga kapag natigil saglit, mawawala rin agad. Hindi naman ako madalas mag *****, parang once or twice a week lang ako mag ***** and rarely lang yung daily *****. Should I take medicines tulad nung Robust or what can you suggest? 20y/o palang ako, and may mga negative side effect ba yun. Guys sobrang laking tulong talaga if may ma suggest kayo, alam nyo naman gaano ka importante para sa guys yung mga ganun

    try to search it - I heard anxiety can cause ED or certain medication or heart related. Go see a physician if really concern you and affect your life.
  • I would suggest you seek a Urologist to address your erectile dysfunction.

    are you mostly sedentary? yung food choices mo baka mataas ang processed food intake mo..

    try fixing these but also, in the meantime, perhaps you need to consult a doctor baka mababa testosterone levels mo
  • Okay ****, hindi naman ako smoker and nag w-workout naman ako regularly and yung mga kinakain ko madalas cooked naman hindi processed foods.

    Nakaka epekto rin ba to, kasi nag ***** ako nung morning ng day na yun eh

  • Nag g-gym naman ako S-T-TH pero mostly nasa bahay lang ako kase homebased job ko. Sa stress, siguro may mga iniisip rin, medyo may anxiety kasi ako recently pero medyo umokay naman na siya ngayon. Sa sleep 6hrs sleep ko or less madalas

    Suggestions, its good you dont smoke. Pero suggest ko lang stay away to alcohol kung adik ka pati coke. Nakakaapekto yan :) Saka mga meds mo kung meron ka baka meron side effect. And last have a Good sleep 8hrs not six or less. Nag woworkout ka dapat merong adequate sleep :)

    Why not subukan mo kahit an extra hour of sleep every week?

    and yea, perhaps better food choices, less sitting and moving
  • I'm working on that already kaso body clock ko talaga iba never ako nakakatulog ng tanghali or hapon. Kahit nga mag gym ako after workout kahi pagod di parin ako makatulog, try ko siguro sleeping pills?

    may mga natural alternatives... nasubukan ko ang GABA which is a food supplement nung namamahay ako sa hotel abroad at may seminar ako na aatendan the next day.. ayun maayos ang tulog ko
