Mga Sirs, suggestion po on what to buy between the 3 choices, given almost the same price range We need the back space for deliveries sana pero maliliit na items lang (hindi pwede sa sedan). Fuel consumption, maintenance, safety... 5 persons lang po kami sa family. Thanks po.

Gen 2 Rav4's cargo is quite impressive... washing machine nagkasya nga sa akin with the rear seats removed.

But it's an older vehicle than the Avanza or Livina - expect higher maintenance but parts are not a problem as it shares a lot of components with the Camry. Opt for the 1.8L 4x2 variant if you're concerned about fuel consumption (and also lessens the maintenance for the 4wd model).

I'd still pick the Rav4 over an MPV any day but that's just me.
