Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment.

Day Shift or Regular Working Hours (7:00am-4:00pm)
Looking to hire at least 50 EMPLOYEES in next 6 months
As Call Center/BPO Consultant you will have the opportunity to provide Australian Product to customers
Handle customer objections
Identify Customer needs and handle any enquiries
Data entry to ensure accurate records of the sale
Note customer contact information
What do we need from you?
Experience in dealing with customers
Must have customer service and sales experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Self motivated with a can do attitude
Great communication skills
Driven individual who can meet and exceed KPIs
