Is it healthier to take protein supplements than consume animal protein?


We all know that consuming animal protein comes with health risks. Doctors even discourage heavy consumption of animal protein.


How do i fully get the benefits of lifting weights if i stick to my Healthy Diet composed mostly of grains, veggies and fruits?


Is it healthier to just stick with a diet composed mostly of grains, veggies and fruits and just take protein supplements such as Whey?
