Honda Brio vs Suzuki Swift?

Help with the pros and cons of each? It will be mostly just for city driving.

Suzuki Swift = GUWAPO.

why not wait a few months more para sa suzuki celerio diesel?

anyway, mukhang masmaraming features ang honda brios kumpara sa swift; and there is the issue of parts availability for suzuki cars.

but if pang city driving lang naman, choose the car with the lowest displacement: brios

it means hindi widely available ang parts. available lang sa casa or sa authorized dealer makakabili.

imagine masiraan ka somewhere, dinala mo ang sasakyan sa pinakamalapit na talyer. the part needed to repair the car is not available nearby. kailangan mo pa mag-commute to the suzuki casa or authorized parts dealer.

now you're faced with two options:
1. have your car towed to the nearest casa.
2. you travel to the nearest casa or authorized parts dealer and then return to the talyer to have your car repaired.

either way you spend on transpo/towing cost. happened to my cousin on his suzuki jimny and it was such an inconvenience, time-wise and money-wise. how was it such an inconvenience? my cousin lives in baguio and the parts were available in manila. they had to wait for the parts to be delivered casa-to-casa.

Thanks for the input, guys. Personally, I like the looks of the Swift but the engine of the Brio seems to be better.

Suzuki Celerio will come in a diesel version? Interesting.

The Swift is still 4-cylinders, they just lowered the displacement to 1.2L from 1.4L.

I'd choose the Brio. Its been proven that Honda will have more aftermarket and replacement parts.

Once warranty expires you would appreciate if there are tons of replacement parts available for your car.
