Work Responsibility:
Develop and implement a customer service policy for the entire organisation;
Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services;
Manage a team of customer services staff;
Handle face-to-face enquiries from customers:
- Provide help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services;
communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants; handle customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill;

Collaborate with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service;
Manage staff recruitment and appraisals;
Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;
Lead a team of customer service staff;
Work Other Qualification:
A Bachelor's degree in the Hospitality Industry or any related course, MBA is a plus
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledge in Mandarin (Written & Speaking)
Open to all Nationalities (Working Visa and Accommodation will be provided)
