TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Candidate is responsible for resolving customers' needs and problems
Teach the customer regarding product information
Escalate, transfer, or redirect calls of customers if necessary.
Join focus group discussions, team meetings, product training, and other company activities related to improving customer satisfaction.
Candidates must be at least 2nd year college with or without BPO experience.
Candidates must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and/or on shifting schedules
Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
