Dating / Marrying Someone with a Different Religion?

Have any of you guys at ROT dated someone with a different religious belief, or even married to one? Is it possible or something to be avoided?
Also, would you give up your religious belief to be with someone you love?

I had a GF who is evangelical for many years. But of course I have discovered that it would be better to find someone of your own faith especially if you're serious about it. It would be nice to have the one you love go to church with you.Bob Alvarez wrote: »Also, would you give up your religious belief to be with someone you love?
No. Your motivation for converting should not be any other reason other than that you are convinced that what they are telling you is the truth.0 -

yes,
Also, would you give up your religious belief to be with someone you love?
I have given up my religious beliefs for Jesus Christ whom I love.0 -

Hinatid ko na lang di na ko pinauwi!I have given up my religious beliefs for Jesus Christ whom I love.
Obviously the guy is referring to a person of the opposite sex b0b0.
Masyado kang apektado Gagon. Do you want me to stop the pain?

Estup!do.
Wala ko magagawa we have routed the atheists. I'm just scraping the bottom of the barrel?
Again - would you like me to stop the pain Gagon? lols.0 -
Well you could have said, "No!"
Pero okay lang iyan. Everyone is horny regardless of belief and that is part of life.
I was about to go home but she held and pushed me against the door and knelt before me lols. And she pulled me up the stairs to her room. Would you have said no if you were in my place? lols.0 -

Well, I'm an atheist, and I married a believer (non-Catholic). And none of us let go of what we believe in.
I think the secret can just be summed up in one word: RESPECT - It breaks down barriers.0 -

Yup. We're married. I can attend the church he is affiliated with (RC) and he can attend the church I prefer (not RC).0
