Graduate School Choice - ADMU or UP

Torn between Masters in Biology in ADMU and MS Microbiology in UPLB.
I am still open to other graduate schools, but here are my points for choosing these two:
Masters in Biology - can work as a Teaching Assistant (earn money plus free tuition) and study as well
MS Microbiology - have to be a DOST Scholar if I enroll, full-time student but cannot work plus return service OR part-time student, part-time work, longer time to graduate, no return service
HELP! And I need your opinions. Thanks
PS. I want to pursue my PhD in another country after MS.
