Pickup Trucks for Flooded Streets

Hi to all pickup enthusiasts particularly who has Toyota Hilux! I'm planning to own a pickup truck but which do you think is better against floods (E.g. When it comes to wading depth, ground clearance etc). Your inputs are all highly appreciated!
