Gusto ko malaman ang opinion ng mga RCC dito...baka sabihin na naman nila na gawa gawa na naman naming INC ang issue.

Never trust a religious with doctrine and power. Mortara, a Jewish child supposedly baptized secretly by a servant as Catholic ended up taken by the pope despite his parents' objections. It was a kidnapping that shocked world leaders and gave the Kingdom of Italy to invade the Papal States and Rome, thus ending papal sovereignty and created a weird zoombie state of Holy See within Italy.0

"According to canon law, which was the law of the Papal States, non-Christians could not raise a Christian child even if the child was their own"
Now the law may be bad, but it was the law at that time and in that state! You obey laws and not go above the law.
If you go to saudi, you cannot blaspheme islam or else you'll end up being decapitated, it may be a bad law, but it is the law, you just have to follow it or get out of that country.
