Mitsubishi mirage 2014 - power fold your side mirrors

Would you modify your mirage hatchback to power folding side mirrors?

Where would you have it done?
HOw much would it cost?

I;ll be getting my car soon.. and i need the power folding side mirrors soon too...

Anyone?

  • afaik, walang nagbebenta ng power folding mirrors sa aftermarket.

andaming wiring and mechanical installations nyan. kug akosayo iwan mo nalang as is yung side mirrors mo.
  • Why would you want to alter a new car?

As what BeerHandBop have said, it will require a lot of wiring installations that can void the warranty of your car. And i don't think you can find one that can fit your car model. Unless there will be some body alterations/mods.
  • baka mavoid ang electrical nyan kung papainstallan mo, tanungin mo kung yung kasa nagoffer ng ganyan, kung oo dun mo sa kanila ipagawa para di mavoid ang warranty
  • agree with the post above. better look for a car that has that feature. un lang mostly TOTL model yan so mapapamahal ka.. Mirage is already a super compact car pedeng wag mo ng ifold yung side mirror papantay ka lang sa mga naka fold hehe
  • K.I.L.L.
K.I.L.L. My brain only has 512mb!
Even if you find an after market mirror assembly that can fold your mirrors, it won't be as robust as a factory installed electric folding mirror. It's easy to fold the mirrors yourself. I would rather save my money than buy an after market part that in all likelihood will not last a few years.

Best bet would be if power-folding mirrors are an OEM option, if not locally then at least in other foreign markets (e.g. Japan), then get a surplus unit. Honestly, what for? The car is already small to begin with, and AFAIK it doesn't even have power mirrors (I read it doesn't even allow you to adjust the mirror inside with a "joystick", you have to open the windows to do it).
