You could visit the Speech Pathology department of the College of Allied Medical Professions at UP Manila. It's just across the Padre Faura entrance of Robinson's Place Ermita ( the mall ). Not sur exactly when they accept patients or how much they charge. Since it is technically a government institution under the UP System it would probably be best to go there during government office hours during weekdays.
