Josh is 6' 3".
and he seems to have done a great job on the gym or whatever he's doing.. crossfit or the rope thing that trainers use when they're feeling lazy. lol
Good observation. Josh used to weigh as much as 320 lbs, but he went to the gym and diet, he lost more than a 100 lbs.
