JFC Jollibee Foods Corporation Group (Jabi, BK, CK, G, Mang Inasal, RR, atbp.)

edited March 2019 in The Working Filipino #1
I recently applied here at JFC as Management Trainee. As a fresh graduate. I took an exam na almost 3 hours din ang tinagal. The exam was time pressured and after 3 sets nagbawas sila ng mga aplikante bigla akong kinabahan buti na lang hindi ako sinama sa tinanggal and then sabi ng H.R "okay for those who I will call please proceed to the lobby area" and then kaming naiwan ang sinabi "okay for those who remain you can continue the another 2 sets of exams" after non nagpunta nako sa lobby area and then inischedule ako for my initial interview the next day.. It was okay and then saglit lang din ang interview ng HR sakin tpos after 2days nagtxt na ang HR for my final interview sa may Jollibee Plaza building. Dalawang Area Manager ang nag interview sakin tagalog na nga yung interview eh and then may dlwa pakong kasama sa interview nun na babae for MT din sila at interview din nila nung time na yun. Ako ang nauna...

Then after my first interview sa area manager nagulat ako yung dalawa kong kasama eh pinauwi na and sinabi sakanila ng area manager na wait for the instruction of the HR nlng daw tpos ako naman sinabi wait lang daw at may mag iinterview pa saking isa pang area manager... what?! isa pa? okay so pumayag naman ako..

Not in Jollibee stores, sa back office nila sa Ortigas. I have an interview for an HR position, help naman dyan.

    working environment?culture?salary?benefits?

  • My friend had an offer from this company and he told me that the salary is not competitive. So, it must be low.
  • Excellent culture and work environment. Idea place for learning.

    re: salary and benefits.
it's not bad nor is it average. much would depend on your degree of specialization and skills.
  • sweet_ryansweet_ryan Member PEx Guru 🎖️🎖️
if its not bad nor average, then it must be above-average?am i right?

i have a job offer kasi in their HR department.

    more insiders' comments please.

  • Before you think of the benefits they're offering you, are you really keen about the job?

I mean, is it something you would enjoy doing? Mas importante yun.

(Note. Made a typo on my last post. I meant to write: "Ideal place for learning."

(I don't work for Jollibee anymore.)

i would very much enjoy working in a human resources department.

Gowin, i would appreciate it a lot if you can post here the salary and benefits of working in Jollibee.

  • Have you been interviewed? Those are among the questions you should've asked if you're interested in working with them.

For most entry-level positions, i'm afraid the salary is pretty much fixed. I'm a techie, and negotiated for my salary (and even re-negotiated for an increase after a month or so of working with them.)

    See? mabait sila. :)

and we are talking how much for an entry-level position?
  • Above the minimum wage.

    P10,000.. sabi ng friend ko
  • How's the exam here? Any info on the purchasing division?
  • kumakawaykumakaway PEx Influencer ⭐⭐⭐
^ got an offer here! sa purchasing din!

    i took the exam.
then after 3 days I received a call for an interview. I was interviewed by an HR personnel
then after 2weeks I got call for the next interview...
kala ko after ng interview na un e may kasunod pa... un pala i will be hired na then and there only around 10 mins after that interview(w/c took about 1.5hrs)! gulat nga ako eh! kala ko may sunod pang interview...pinalabas ako ng room then they called me back.. wholla... hey kumakaway... we are hiring you! :bounce:

not just PHP10,000 way way above it! depende din siguro sa result ng exam at interview

and after six months may increase pa...

so i decided to take this job... mga 3 to 4 yrs from now na lang ako punta abroad to study...
  • hello kumakaway, may work experience ka na siguro or entry level position ang kinuha mo sa jollibee?

    la lang.. :)
  • kumakawaykumakaway PEx Influencer ⭐⭐⭐
    ^entry-level po

so far i'm enjoying what i'm doing...
one of the best benefits is the 25% discount from the company-owned stores... :D
  • My friend was offered a Management Trainee position just for 10K! To top it off, she should also do the ff: clean the CRs, wipe the table blah blah. The logic behind that daw was for her to start from below and be assigned in different stores for awhile...
