Hi po sa lahat pa help naman po please pwede po ba malaman kung ano ang ginagamit nyo na lotion sa katawan para hindi mag dry ang skin nyo?

You should moisten from within hindi sa labas. Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated.

Topical ointments can only do so much for just a little time.


Any lotion would do. No need for brands and what type unless you are fishing for something here.

Cetaphil and Vaseline just works fine as any other grocery brand moisturizer.

Try castor oil and organic coconut oil.

I swear by Kiehl's Creme de Corps! Amazing stuff. But if it's not available in your area, try Cetaphil or even organic coconut oil.

That is one very expensive daily moisturizer.

Nope, just hands, arms, and legs. I also get the "value-sized" bottle (32 oz., I think) once a year using a $20 coupon. I also alternate CdC with coconut oil, which is much less expensive. Hope that covers it.
