How much is your Weekly Gas Expense?

I hope i am in the right thread.

So i was planning to buy my first brand new car and i am taking into account all expenses that comes along it especially the gas.

The current gas prices are listed here.

Please help me. Post your car model, daily route, kms and weekly expense.

I am planning to buy a Honda City 1.5 2014 E MT, it say it boast an average of 12km/L. So here is my rough estimate.

Car model: Honda City 1.5 2014 E MT
Route: Marikina to Magallanes
Distance: 40km 2-way
Weekly: Php 900

I drive a Suzuki Alto 2008 model and when it was new, I could get 18km/L out of it. Now it went down to about 14km/L.
I drive From Cavite to Alabang everyday 30km distance and spend about P200 for gas (everyday).
About P1000/week.

I drive a 2013 Mazda 3 Sedan, travels from Las Pinas to Makati daily (46kms to-from) and is averaging around 9kms/liter......napipiga ko siya ng hanggang 11kms/liter pag patay ang aircon ko balikan kaso sa init ng panahon ngayon, di na uubra

expect real world gas mileage of about 8 to 9 km/ liter. don't believe those test runs because they're ran under best case scenario conditions.. walang trapik, walang pangit na kalsada..

expect your weekly gas to be about 2,200.00 pesos.

back and forth, commonwealth to edsa (QC) 500p for a week. no side trips.

daily na lang:
espana to commonwealth vise versa 300p a day with traffic.
commonwealth to ortigas, 250p also with traffic.
makati to commonwealth, daily 400-500 via C5 problem kasi yun paghanap ng parking area.
BGC 300p at night two way without traffic via C5.





what will boost your fuel consumption is the traffic.
