Making Friends - How to Go about doing that ?

Hi Everyone,

I am a Indian and I came to Philippines around 6 months back. All these six month i was so occupied that i was not able to make any friends. One major huddle in doing so what that i was not knowing any locals except people who work for me. I tried to hangout with people at work but the response was not very great as their always a constrain that i am their boss. While browsing one day i came across this forum and I think this being a forum where most of the users are locals would be a great place to look for friends.

I am 25 Years old and I stay in Ortigas. I live alone so it very boring at times.
