I'm working in this company. This is previously TRG. They rebranded kasi sabi nila di daw maganda culture before pero now sobrang okay. Malaki compensation nila dito and allowance increases as your tenure lengthens. Normal pay every cutoff is always 6 digits. Free HMO for your dependents as well. PM me if you're interested refer ko kayo. The site in Paranaque is in SM Sucat near BF.

wala naman po bang dispute sa salary dito? magstart po ako sa january 20 sa bf site,

Wala naman ako naexperience. Masasabi ko lang sobrang okay talaga lalo na new site *** sa BF so madami opportunities. Alam ko mga TL at OMs bago lahat din para mabago talaga *** culture ng IbEX from TRG.

Walang TSR post? mahigpit ba sila sa background checking?

Wala pang tech sa BF sir. For background check, not really sure pero wala **** tumawag sa mga reference ko. One day process *** dito pero dito pa sa ortigas ata *** appllication process kasi di pa ready *** sa BF. Basta PM me if ur interested.

kung ano offer sa hanston ganun din kayaa ang offer sa sucat?? csr/sales telco ba to?

I think ganun din *** offer but im not really sure. Yes CSR/sales Telco yung unang accounts na magbubukas sa BF. Di ko lang sure kung ano pa yung mga susunod na campaigns.

I applied here last week of November. Went there 11am at their Hanston office from Paranaque. The Exam is too easy. I did pass both the exam and initial interview and said to comeback at 730PM when it is just 1PM.

Went back for the final Interview with Luigi. Said he is the Senior Operations Manager. He did not say if I passed or not but just wait for a call after a week. Nobody called. Been almost 3 weeks, I'm assuming, I did not pass. Sana lang next time, The recruitment will do a courtesy call or yet, shoot your applicants an email if that's more appropriate kesa you left us hanging & hoping.

^out of curiosity, yung luigi ba na nag-interview sa yo was luigi garcia?

i think yung hindi pagtawag sa applicant if failed is very typical, most call centers do that, even non-callcenters ganun din ang practice.

usually kasi sa TRG/Ibex Global, pag-pasado ka sasabihin na nila agad after final interview,sa case mo malamang bagsak ka.. ramping lagi ang Ibex,, specially yung Telco account nila ngayon.. you can try to re-apply again after 3 months I believe.. sa salary dispute naman.. depende siguro sa site?or account? pero more or less medyo nag-iimprove na sila when it comes to dispute unlike before.
