    Hi guys,

    As what I have mentioned in the previous post, I'll be posting the benefits being offered by CGI to its members (we call our employees members):

    1.) Rice Subsidy of Php 1,300 per month and Laundry Allowance of Php 300 per month
    2.) Annual Leaves - 15 days for 1st year, additional 1 day of VL for each year of service up to a maximum of 20 days after 5 years of service
    3.) Sick Leaves - 15 days per year
    4.) HMO - limit of Php 350,000 per illness per year. If you want to add dependents, the company will shoulder 60% of the premium, hence, you will only pay 40% thru salary deduction.
    5.) Night Differential - 10% of basic hourly rate if you work from 10pm-6am.

    What makes CGI different from other companies? Here are the other benefits that CGI provides to its members:

    1.) Special Night Shift Allowance - if you work within 11:30pm-4:30am, you will be provided an additional Php 1,200 allowance per month.
    2.) Work from home opportunity - this will depend on the schedule and upon regularization.
    3.) Company-provided laptop
    4.) Provident fund - CGI places an equivalent of 5% of your basic salary into a savings fund each month which you can get once you resign from the company. Take note that this is NOT salary deduction, as this is a form of a bonus for staying in the company.
    5.) Opportunity to travel to the country that you are supporting.

    We have 3 locations, 2 of which are located in Taguig (Bonifacio One Tower BGC and One World Square McKinley Hills) and 1 in Quezon City (Sunnymede Building Quezon Ave).

    HRSS positions take calls because they interview prospective employees from other countries.

    CGI Philippines (Logica is now part of CGI) is currently looking for Collection Agents and Team Leaders. Kindly see the requirements for the said positions:

    COLLECTION AGENTS
    - Competency in using Microsoft programs
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Ability to excel in a fast pace environment
    - Willingness to work in night shift
    - Completed at least 2 years in college
    - Fresh Graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply

    COLLECTION TEAM LEADERS
    - Completed at least a bachelor’s degree
    - Adeptness in coaching, motivating and developing staff
    - Ability to express ideas clearly
    - At least 2 years relevant staff management experience in a contact center environment
    - Knowledge and familiarity about collections and FDCPA
    - Competency in using Microsoft programs
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
    - Willingness to work in night shift

    Hi guys... I just passed the hiring process last monday. Out of 11 applicants, 3 lang kami natira, and the HR (Shean/Cris) told me that I will be having my JO tomorrow! :) hoping na masaya dito at maganda ang pay and benefits :D
