    It is not an easy job though it is a fulfilling job for me
  • Tried it at PSG Globa Solutionsl in Ayala makati.
    They offer fixed GY shift, weekends off, holidays off (mla.), above ave compensation.

    As a recruiter you need to call applicants in the US and screen them. That's it. Basically its an HR role.

    You can search the thread and you can contact the hr people and have them call you.

    Regatding the applicayion process, its very easy. Just a 1 on 1 interview with the recruiter, quite a long interview, then will have you comeback nextday early morning for interview with mgr. then JO.

    People Depot is a recruitment firm, right now I'm handling BPO accounts but my colleagues have different tasks, some of them are for executive lever, IT or non-IT jobs posts. We're also located in Makati, everything's for direct hiring unless stated otherwise. It's kinda hard job especially the sourcing but like what twinx214 said, it's fulfilling seeing that you help people get a good job and start their careers. :)

    - Perform candidate phone interviews and other types of preliminary qualification process or, as needed, end-to-end recruitment for US-based client companies.
    - Work closely with Staffing Managers and/or Recruiting Team Lead on job order assignments for direct hire, contract or contract-to-hire engagements.
    - Create a thorough and comprehensive job description based on either the Hiring Manager’s, Staffing Manager’s or Recruiting Team Lead’s specifications of the assigned position for approval and posting on free and paid job boards and recruitment websites.
    - Work collaboratively with the Sourcing Specialists in qualifying passive and active candidates by utilizing various methods of candidate mining such as, but not limited to: web searches, use of job boards, referrals and /or business social media.
    - Utilize applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve candidates.
    - Prepare and maintain recruiting documentation reports for tracking applicant processing, applicant flow, cost-per-hire and recruiting effectiveness.
    - Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with candidates and, in some cases, clients and Hiring Managers.
    - The Recruitment Specialist may, likewise, be asked to perform related duties and/or assist in other functions or projects incidental to the work described herein.

    LEAD VERIFICATION SPECIALIST

    Requirements:
    • Has completed at least 2nd year in college
    • Preferably with 6 months working experience in a call center setting
    • Fresh graduates are still welcome to apply
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective listening skills
    • Self-motivated and energetic personality
    • Punctuality and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize
    • Computer literate and has multi-tasking skills
    • Willing to work night shifts
    • Willing to be assigned at Ortigas Center, Pasig City

    Lead Verification Specialists (LVS) are representatives who handle inbound and outbound calls. Calls are for multiple clients. The purpose of calls are to confirm requests made by customers online for various services. No angry customer service calls or sales calls.
