i know this will sound strange
intentionally i posted my IEx on my facebook account
one of our tl saw it and filed a complain agaisnt me

now, im currently suspended for 5 days
for what they call due process

i bet they do it just for formality

if i may ask, would they still allow me to file my resignation, since my case was still on pending??

    What's IEx?

    Kung yung na-post mo ay against company rules ay you have to go thru the process ng HR. Check mo handbook ng HR kung ano ang mga possible outcome ng ginawa aside from the suspension.

    Basta mag-file ka ng resignation with a 30-day notice, hindi nila pwedeng tanggihan yun; otherwise, form of slavery yan.

    In some cases, pwede rin na wala nang 30-day notice. For more info, check the DOLE website:

    as i know, 5 days suspension lang pinirmahan ko..
    kainis talaga..

    in the aid of investigation,please be informed that all parties need substanial time to present their explanations to arrive at a desicion. due this, we find it appropriate to place you under prrventive suspension for <u>5 working days to take effect today august 28, 2013 </u> . this is not a sanction, HR Dept may call upon you anytime during this period of suspension to present additional evidences and explanations or for an earlier decision delivery..

    after my shift akong nagcheck ng fb thru my station,
    I admit, it was my fault as well

    a part of my written explanation letter says that "I am willing to accept any sanction that will come up after this case"
    kasi hindi na naman talaga ako umaasa,
    pero kalabisan na naman siguro ang pagsususpend sa akin if they are not willling to retain my employment besides i am willing to take if this will go for termination..

    hindi ko rin sila maintindihan, bat ayaw pa nila ako pakawalan..

    hiring kasi sa telus, eto yung comp na gustong gusto kong pasukan since before..
    natatakot ako kasi if ever na makapasok ako sa telus eh kasuhan naman ako ng dati kong comp for conflict of interest..

    is that true?? before on my old comp c3 and hartehanks may binigay naman silang baxkpay... di nga lang ganun kalaki... 13k sa hartehanks & 11k sa c3..

    discretion ba yun ng comp or may law abt this...

    & my trainer was Graham Ballesteros..

    I was not endorse to ops since I got an escalation call.
    base on the policy kasi hindi kami naggrant ng full replacement ng phone (galaxy nexus), so push ako ng push about this.
    then all of a sudden, may update pala regardng that issue for that day as welll.

    paano ko yun malalaman eh kalalagay pa lang namin sa nesting, huhuhu
    di tuloy na endorse, sayang ansaya pa naman dun, kaso ambagal ng pc nila..

    GUYS pwede po ba ma terminate dahil sa tardiness issue ang isang trainee?
    for 1month stint ko kc as a trainee 6 times ako na late ng 5mins then absent ako nung last day nung ngstop ang MRT tapos bigla pa umulan.

    may pinapirmahan sakin yung TL ko then pinagawa nya ako ng letter of explanation,tapos on monday daw punta ako ng HR for deliberation yata un..ano po ba ginagawa dun?

    i think that would depend if successive and perennial talaga.. most of my teammates may problem about tardiness.. ayon naka-preterm sila.. bibigyan kapa ng chance nyan, pero may instance din na kapag magkaron kapa ng 1 tardiness it will lead to termination..
    kaya pa yan.. :)

    dun pa lang sa 6x late in 1 month, di mo na sila masisisi if they termed you eh. Put yourself in their shoes; kung may empleyado ka, ganun kadalas ma-late in a month, gugustuhin mo pa ba i-keep, or hanap ka na lang ng iba lalo na't madaming nag-aapply? We can cite a myriad of excuses for being late/absent, pero the mature and professional way of doing things eh "pag gustong maging on-time/present, may paraan".

    If you leave home an hour before you usually do, siguradong hindi ka late. Kung alangang oras shift mo (ex 3am), if you leave the house by 10pm and idlip ka na lang sa office while waiting for shift, pwede din. With regard to your absence due to the MRT issue, kung dun ka pa siguro na-late, maappreciate pa rin ng boss mo yung effort that you exerted to still come to the office. Tutal hindi naman siguro lahat ng sumasakay ng MRT eh umabsent sa mga work nila that day.

    Dapat mas maging dedicated at seryoso tayo sa work natin, hindi lahat pinapalad na magkatrabaho. Sana lang bigyan ka pa ng chance, and sana wag mo sayangin.
