Responsibilities:
Ensures the correct and timely Report issuance particularly standard files in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the Sales Department.
Accurately and efficiently encodes information in the user application based on received documents
Checks the information quality of documents and ensures that these are properly registered in the system.
Provides suggestions on process improvements.
Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to his/her knowledge.

Requirements:
Must have completed atleast two (2) years in College
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledgeable in MS Applications
With pleasing personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Can type atleast 40 words per minute (wpm)
Customer oriented
Can Start ASAP

I applied here las may28,2012. Took exam which is easy as a pie. But before that me and my friend insisted to join in their special orientation of independent sales agent in cignal. I don't know the reason for that since i am applying in iplus. It took almost 3 hours. After the said exam i had, there's a grouo interview composed of 4 applicants including me and my friend. We are applying for csr position. Unfortunately my friend didn't pass the interview. The hr told us that we will be assigned in sales account and should wait a call within a week. After a week i received a call reminding me for my final interview but in quezon city daw. So i went there, the hr has a pleasing personality and very approachable. She told me to wait another call within a week. Then i receive again their call reminding me to go at their makati office and have a training contract. Worth waiting but im hoping this job is suitable for me since im a fresh grad. Though im not a sales oriented person. But i'll try my best.
