Are you magical?

Before you can begin your journey in the PinoyExchange School of Witchcraft and

Wizardry, we need to find out whether or not you are truly magical.

Overview

The PinoyExchange School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is an activity in the PinoyExchange

IMTV-Movies section designed for members to be part of an online role-playing game based

from the Harry Potter universe.


Participants can become wizards, enroll in a magical school, be sorted in Houses, participate

in the House Cup challenges, earn exclusive pins and big prizes, and be a PEx wizard graduate

at the end of the school term.

1. Eligibility: Enrollment to PEx Wizard School SY 2013 is open to all PinoyExchange members.


2. Enrollment: In order to begin their journey as a wizard, participants must register in an

Enrollment thread where they will be asked for their username and their wizard name.


3. Admission: After the enrollment period, all registered participants will be sorted and

distributed evenly into Houses. They will receive an Acceptance Letter via PM signifying their acceptance.

Admission announcements will also be done the Acceptance thread.


4. Houses: Wizards will be given House threads as Common Rooms which they can discuss

their activities and challenges throughout the activity period.


5. Faculty Management: PEx Wizard School will be headed by an official Headmaster and a few faculty

members to guide the students through the Houses and managing the House Cup.


6. House Cup: House Cup challenges will be prepared before the start of the term and conducted

every week during the activity duration. House Cup challenges will be implemented and supervised by

the official faculty members.


7. Achievements: House points will be given to Houses based on their performance in the

House Cup challenges, as well as activities within their Houses. Certain achievements and awards

can also be unlocked once Houses achieve certain milestones.


8. Prizes: Get a chance to win the following prizes:

For the overall winner: HARRY POTTER PAGE TO SCREEN: COMPLETE FILMMAKING JOURNEY

(McCabe, Bob) and a P1000 Astrovision Gift Certificate .

For the winning House: Gift Certificates/Harry Potter items (details will be announced soon)


9. Completion: At the culmination of the activities and end of the term, students who have

participated and accomplished minimum requirements will be awarded with pins, some merchandise,

and a Certificate of Completion via PM.


10. Duration: The activity will be implemented for about three (3) months. Two (2) weeks

will be allocated to promotions and enrollment, and two (2) months will be allocated to the weekly

House Cup and all Hogwarts activities. The first week will be allocated to the opening of the term

and announcing the schedule of activities. The final week will be allocated to the awarding and
