Irregular Bowel. Please help!

Hi everyone. I'm currently experiencing irregularities sa bowel movement ko. I'm not sure kung anong condition ko, so I'm hoping someone here can enlighten me.

Problem is, hindi normal yung pagdumi ko. Kahit anong dami ng kinain ko, laging konti yung nilalabas ko at malambot din lagi yung dumi ant minsan matubig pa. Madalas naman ako nagtotoilet, mga 2-3 times a day pero hindi gumagaang yung pakiramdam ko kasi nga laging kaunti yung dinudumi ko. I've been experiencing this for weeks now.

Medyo weird din kapag lumalabas yung dumi ko, lalo pag solid siya. Pakiramdam ko na pag lumalabas na sya sa ****, nade-deform yung feces at kumakalat or pasabog yung release niya. Tapos after nun, hirap nako maglabas or wala nako mailabas.

Ano po kaya ito and meron po kayang gamot para dito na I can buy OTC? Maraming salamat po sa nga magre-reply.

    For irregular bowel movement they usually recommend to take fiber powder or fiber pills. Try C-lium fiber. Mas effective daw ang powder.

    You usually just need 2 tablespoon, 30 minutes before you eat breakfast.

    Kapag yung fiber pills naman, which is mas madaling inumin, 5 pills in the morning and 5 pills at night. Yes, total of 10 pills a day. Safe naman daw yung ganung dose sabi ng doctor ko.

    I am taking fiber powder as an everyday habit na rin.. Pang clean daw din ng colon.

    Why dont you try eating rich in fiber foods like oatmeal? The best ang oatmeal. Lilinisin talaga non instestines mo. Basta try eating lots of veggies din and fruits. Bawasan ang karne at mga inihaw. Try having a healthy eating habit. Try mo mga atleast a month then if nothing changes kung ganon pa din nangyayare sa bowel movement mo then i guess you better see a doctor na. A gastroenterologist.

    This could be polyps, I seriously advise you to consult a gastro doc, I had a friend who just disregarded this and in a few months it developed into cancer of the intestines
