    2 hours OT araw araw kaya naging 10 hours ang working hours. ang masasabi ko lang the best ang HR dito. after ng final interview ko as system operator kinubukasan tinawagan ako ng HR kaso i failed the final interview pero tinanong nya ko kng gs2 ko i rerefer nya ko sa IT support nla kaya umoo agad ako kasi mas pabor sakin yun. after a month hndi ko talaga expected na tatawagan pa nila ulit ako. last thursday tinanong nila kung interested pa ** ako sa IT position, sbe ko nmn yes kaya kinabukasan final interview agad ako sa IT team lead nila then yesterday tumawag *** HR sakin at sinabi n nakapasa ako and J.O ko na sa friday. finally thank god.

    MajorResponsibilities:
    · Handling& Replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and/a live clients.
    · Maintainingcustomer relations.
    · Providingfeedback to Supervisor/head on customer’s needs/feedback.
    · Preparing& Generating reports relating to customer’s queries.
    · Researchinginto customer’s problems and providing practical solutions

    Qualifications/Knowledge and skills set:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
    Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
    Full-Time positions available.
    Single, Female between the ages of 21 and 26
    Academic Qualifications of at least Tertiary level with Bachelor's degree.
    Work experience of at least 2 years in customer service including online support customer support via live chat will be strongly considered
    Excellent to communicate in other Asian languages and European languages is an advantage
    Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat and other online communication tools
    Highly organized, self motivated and ability to work independently or with a team
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all other programming used for presentation and marketing
    Must be knowledgeable in Sports.
