Speed Training Leg Curls and Leg Extensions


  • Nothing beats front squats and deadlifts for athletes in my opinion though, they allow you to use all the muscles in the body in conjunction with one another.

  • I need to start a blog that copies stuff from another blog then promote it on forums.
  • I think machines help for a certain extent when you are mending an injury. The isolation helps while waiting for it to heal.

    Its easy to just regurgitate stuff rather than come up with original thoughts, that's the sad reality...

    there is also a difference in rehab and performance training.. I have a lot of respect for those who can bridge the gap

    Rehabilitation exercises do have some semi compound free weight protocols but it fails to see the beauty of real major compound free weight exercises. Just as rehab will have you start light, you can do exactly the same thing with the major compounds, make your rehab faster and not waste time.
