May reports pa rin na meron but these are more of exceptions. The lounge access via Dragonpass is so so nga rin. You’d have to spend well into 7 digits yearly to make the PM work for you assuming no fee waiver.

Sa Infinitie or World may priority pass pero may fees pa rin or may spend waiver.

Ang true unlimited free access worldwide lamang ay Citi Prestige at Amex IDC Platinum.

Ang may worldwide access (Priority Pass/Lounge Key) but with either limited free slots/year, charges, or spend waiver ay most other elite cards - Diners Premier, BDO Platinum cards, Security Bank World/Platinum, RCBC World/Infinite.

I was issued one after my NAFFL Platinum MC. Yung MC local lounges lang pero eto yung NAFFL, while yung JCB ay waived for 3 years lang daw, pero maraming lounges across Asia - China, HK, Korea, SG, Thailand and Japan - and pati Hawaii.

Kaya okay to for the countries mentioned. Unlimited use sa Japan and Hawaii lounges at twice a year naman for the rest. Okay na rin, and if you're via Manila, magandang i-pair up to sa mga cards na may free unlimited access sa local lounges sa NAIA. Nag request din ako ng supplementary for this reason alone para hindi na mabawas sa Dragonpass ko via Citi.

Credit card foreign transaction fees from lowest to highest:
EastWest - 1.70% premium cards, 2.5% all else
    Maybank - 1.75%
    BPI - 1.85%
    AUB - 2%
    Unionbank - 2% platinum, 3% regular cards
    Security Bank - 2.5% starting August 2019
    PNB - 2.5%
    BDO - 2.5%
    AMEX - 2.5%
    RCBC - 3.5%
    Metrobank - 3.5%
    HSBC - 3.5%
    Citibank - 3.525%

Ex.

Given na walang annual fees to pay.

I think we have to add that percentage fees are not enough alone to say which card is better. A common good example is Amex that has 2.5% fees pero dahil Amex sila, ang baba ng exchange rate so mas maganda or comparable siya sa other cards na mas mababa ang forex fee

^If you'll check the rewards catalog ng visa signature, meron dun na halos 1% ang rebate when you convert your points into cash credits.

Agree.

Eto yung kay @neilruztyEW Platinum vs. UB Gold vs. BPI Family MC vs. SECB World vs. BDO Gold Amex vs. Maybank Gold.

Eto yung sarili kong comparison: EW Platinum vs. BPI Visa Signature vs. AUB Platinum used in Europe. Three cards with the lowest transaction fees aside from Maybank.

Yup kaya I highly recommend na to base our actions sa mga personal experience natin. Mahirap sila icompare definitively.

May napost akong article dati na gumawa sila ng study for the different cards and payments networks and wala silang nakitang one best. Iba iba ang magandang rates for different continents and months.

100% of the time sure na lugi ka dito eh. Look up Dynamic Currency Conversion lang.

Mabuti nga nag public service announcement si BDO about it. Anyway, win win naman sating consumers and the bank.

The only time na pumapayag ako sa PHP in store ay kapag may makikiswipe sakin - para mas madali maningil. La naman ako paki kung lugi yung iba, at least di na hassle for me abnagan pa ano final bill.
