  • Andito pa ba si Michael Alvin "Macky" Cunanan? Warning lang, this 'person' is a FAKE! He is the WORST 'manager'. I hope no company hires him! Nagmamagaling lang talaga! Sobrang inis na inis kami pag nagsasalita yan, akala mo kung sino. Bwiset! Don't be fooled. Pailalim itong taong ito!
  • Michael Cunanan was employed with iOPEX from May 2013 - July 2013 and he now works for Telus. You can check his linkedin account for more information. :)

  • Accounts with iOPEX are NOT scams at all.
Comcast, Norton, AVG, Xfinity, XSS, Symantec, ICE are legit technical accounts well established in the US. These accounts have business with other contact centers in the Philippines (like Convergys)

I was an agent for Sutherland, Convergys, EPLDT Ventus (now SPI Global) before and I have experienced difficulties hitting targets in AHT, QA and even CSAT. Since then, I knew how to ask for HELP; TLs, QAs, teammates even managers are there to help. If you have difficulties hitting metrics, speak up and let someone higher know. Ask for a refresher training or 1:1 session with a trainer. On the other hand, if you feel that you are not a fit for the role, tell your TL to try and get you transferred to another account. There might be a chance for lateral transfer.

To add, all contact centers experience high volume of calls. Clients will route calls to the contact center which does well on agent's performance. AVAIL means the center is LOSING business. If you are getting less and less calls everyday, then my advise to you is to update your resume and look for another contact center.
:naughty: hirap magbenta, sobrang queueing. napaka toxic at nakaka pressure.

  • What is ICE? How much do they pay for the TSR and TSR II? I am planning to move here if they give a competitive offer.
