Additional proposed items from the LTO Guidelines:

*Drivers and All Passengers who fail to use seatbelt will be fined P1,500/passenger plus attending seminar for traffic and vehicle safety to be conducted by LTO.

* For carrying more passenger other than the normal seating capacity, a penalty of P1,000/per passenger.

* For defective accessories such as headlight, tail light, signal light, brake light, side mirror and horn a fine of P1,000 for the violators.

* For modifying any part of the original design of a private vehicle without approval of LTO and the DTI a fine of P2,000.

* Wearing of slippers fine of P500 for the first offense, P700 for the 2nd offense and P1,000 for the 3rd offense and revocation of drivers license.

* Installation of HID headlight 4300K and up color temperature a fine of P5000.

* Installation Open free flow exhaust pipe other than the original exhaust pipe a fine of P3000. "

Dapat lang naman talagang ipagbawal yang HID lights na yan. Magpapalagay kasi ng darkest tint sa windshield tapos palagi namang naka high beam or naka HID lamps. As for the seatbelts, mga uneducated lang naman ang hindi sumusunod dyan, para sa kaligtasan mo naman yan, di yan pinapatupad dahil gusto lang tayo tax-an ng gobyerno

So pag nagpakabit ako ng tint kailangan pang pa approve sa LTO. Yari yung mga nagpalit ng rims.

Sobrang hindi malinaw ang guidelines ng LTO.

Instead na i-ban ang open type exhaust, dapat may certain db rating na acceptable. A lagyan ng silencer ang mga muffler ng mga jeep at tricycle.

If from the factory naka HID with projectors na yung auto, bawal na rin?

Dapat ang unahin ng LTO ay yung pag ban ng mga dilapidated PUV's PUJ's pati mga kuliglig dahil yan ang mga salot sa lipunan. Sobrang daming sasakyan dito na hindi road worthy. yan dapat ang ibawal!
