Shocks coil over and bushing replacement saan mganda pagawa?

My civic 99 needs bushings replacement my katok na when hitting slight bumps on the road and shocks ko tumutungkod na pag my sakay sa likod kahit d nmn puno. Putol lang kasi yung springs, lowered. Saan kaya mga bossing maganda pagawa and estimate po? *** mura *** sana. Tight budget.. Salamat po! Newbie here..

Tumutukod yung shocks kasi yung length of travel niya (laro) eh mas mahaba kesa sa kayang ilaro ng putol springs mo. Parts prices are more or less the same so ang matitipid mo na lang talaga eh sa labor.

So *** best na gawin sir? Palit ng adjustable coil over? Or lowering springs? Kaso mas mahal pg lowering db?

Either you: 1. Revert to stock shocks/height. 2. Find shorter shocks 3. Get proper lowering springs with not so aggressive lowering.

Ok thanks! Ireally want to know kung saan ko pwede pagawa at mkabili ng shocks, coilies at pagawa ng suspension bushing para minsanan.. Anyone guys? Thanks

You could try Cruven or Zee (may website sila). They are pretty good with suspension work. Libre naman pa-diagnose at quote sa kanila. They'll give a list of stuff you need to replace + labor fees. Para makatipid ng konti, I suggest you source the parts yourself (may dagdag na kasi kung sila bibili nun) and just ask them to install it, ok lang naman sa kanila yun. Sa Cruven ako nagpapagawa btw.

Revert back to stock springs. Cut springs are just plain crap in most cases and will just destroy your suspension and underpinnings faster. Mura lang naman and lowering springs if you want porma (less than 10K if you look around for a used set).

^Yup, but there are actually brand-new ones for that price. Try snooping out enthusiast car clubs online and you might get a decent set.

Ive tried cruven makati na. Pa estimate na din ako sakanila and nagulat ako na 22k yung estimated na papagawa ko kaya papa 2 nd opinion sana ko baka naman na overlook lang nila. Il try siguro sa wheleers sir this week 10 k *** budget atmost na. Sana ma pagawa ko lahat at mapalitan mga dapat ayusin. Mga sir what you think dapat kong unahin shocks and springs or suspension bushings? Baka kasi hindi mag kasya budget.. Btw Nabili ko yung car putol na springs e.. Thanks mga bossings!

^Eh shocks pa lang kasi nasa P4k a pair na. Kulang ang P10k mo, tapos babalik ka pa sa stock springs. And I suggest you get it done in one sitting kasi malulugi ka sa labor kung pabalik-balik ka.

Kung hindi talaga kaya sa ngayon yung presyo, take a look at your estimate sheet. kung meron ka option for surplus like shocks, springs and linkages then try to canvass the parts either online or go to banawe/evangelista. I'd still go with bnew since mas makakamura ka in the long run but pwede na rin naman surplus basta matino pansamantagal

Yung springs you can look for surplus na hindi putol (marami naman yan at hindi gaano gastado kasi madalas pinapalitan for lowering springs). Pero the rest, I suggest brandnew na kunin mo. Kasi wear and tear parts yan, hindi mo alam kelan bibigay ang mga yan, at kaya pinalitan na yan dahil malapit na bumigay. Mapapagastos ka lang lalo.

Oo nga e, kelangan ko na talaga pagawa asap para hindi lumala sakit ng auto ko. Tapos super tagtag pa ng ride, ano kaya dahilan? Yung shocks nd springs or suspension bushings? And ano best kong gawin para lumambot naman kahit papano yung ride? Id still want that lowered look pa din kase e.. Thanks!

^If you really want ride comfort, then stick with stock springs.

Pwede ba yung 17" mags ko sa stock height? With stock springs? Or balik din ako sa stock rims?

coilover springs? eto din yata yung coilover sleeves. imho it'll just shorten the life of your shock absorbers, same as lowering springs even if you pair it with the gas type shocks.

Stock springs are the best for comfort, also avoid low profile rims. Stick to stock configuration sir, mas maganda ang ride and tatagal ang suspension components mo. Just remember, hindi maganda kalye dito sa metro manila, manhole covers ang recent problem, masyado malalim at makanto bingkung low profile mags mo di maiwasan. 15 inch or better 14 inch rims are the best, merun naman mapormang small rims.
Nung nasa california ako pwede talaga mag low setup, ganda ng kalye dun.
Tandaan mo sir, madaming bushings kelanga palitan on each wheel, magastos din sya. Merun nag inject ng urethane sa bushings na mura, but dunno durability in the long run. The company is M7. they are cheap and you may want to check them out.
