kapag ba galit ka..?

madalas pag galit ang isang tao dahil sa bugso ng damdamin. we tell things we shouldn't. pero ang point dun ke ikaw man ang nasaktan pag ikaw ang nakapagbitaw ng salita ikaw pa rin ang masama. i have this dilemma na, hindi maunawaan ng tao ngayon, kaya ka lang naman nakakapagsalita ng hindi maganda dahil sa mga ginawa at dahilan para magalit ka. im a self-confess short tempered person kahit noong teenager pa lang ako. ngayon ang gusto ko lang mawala yung pagkakaron ko ng ganung attitude which leads me to misunderstood. i tried a lot of things, ignoring people na feeling ko aatakihin na ako sa puso dahil sa sobrang galit na di ko mailabas, which is not healthy, i tried to be more understanding pero parang feeling ko naman naaabuso na yung pagbibigay ko ng pasensiya. ano ba dapat kong gawin? minsan kumukuha na lang ako ng piece of paper nagscribble ako ng mga bagay randomly.i know hindi lang ako ang may ganitong problema.

  • find a better outlet on how you manage your anger. all of us need to confront the source of what's making us angry but we need to have the right ways to manage the emotions before actually confronting the problem. you can try the following, though:

    - leaving/walking away from the source
    - driving/travelling to distress
    - punching a pillow/wall
    - shouting your anger on a pillow
    - writing down an anger letter to release the bad emotions
    - praying
    - listening to music and crying it all out
    - taking a deep breath then think first before speaking
    - taking a bath or drinking cold water to cool off

    usually naman kasi ang mga nasasabi mo pag galit ka, yun yung mga bagay na isinasangtabi mo lang pag hindi ka galit. yun mga shortcomings na pinapalagpas mo..

    You don't have to change dahil lang gusto ng iba iyon para sa iyo..Better yet lumayo ka dun sa mga taong makakadagdag ng galit ang hinanakit mo..Eventually mawawala din iyan :)

    totoo rin ba na kung ano yung lumalabas sa atin pag galit, usually its 100% honesty? minsan kasi or madalas kasi after kong masabi gusto ko sabihin, dahil lang talaga sa bugso ng damdamin.

  • it's okay to get angry but to look stupid because we are angry is a different story.

    so, manage your way of handling and addressing your anger. :)

    sabi nga nila, dalawang tao lang ang nagsasabi ng totoo..

    ang taong galit at ang taong lasing..

    when we're angry, we usually utter repressed feelings, though sometimes it is not healthy dahil nakakasakit ka naman ng ibang tao kahit pa sabihin na totoo yung sinasabi mo.

    you have to learn to choose your words because once it's out, you cannot chew them back in.

    We are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

    Once harsh words fly, it’s difficult to take them back. Once they take root in someone else’s heart…it’s nearly impossible to weed out.

    I know it's easier said than done but they are so true.

    I was acting the same before,where in my defense mechanism is to get angry or upset. until the time that i learn and understand that am responsible on what i feel and CAN ONLY CONTROL MYSELF... so I started to shift my thoughts whenever am feeling angry,I let time pass...becoming more self-aware is very helpful and choose to be happy whatevs :)

    pag galit ako dati eto ginagawa/nangyayari sa kin:

    -naghuhubad ng tshirt para alang makaawat.
    -nang hahamon makipag suntukan.
    -kung ano madampot ibabato o kaya kapag nakadampot ng matulis nanunugod.
    -nanginginig sa galit para kang natatanggalan ng kaluluwa.

    pero after mangyari yan, kapag normal ka na, naiisip ko pangit tignan nakakahiya. parang barbaric ang dating nagugulo tao sa paligid mo.

    kaya ngayon pag galit ako, i'll go out and take a walk or nagkukulong sa kwarto. :rolleyes:

    I used to have the same problem. But then I realized that happiness is indeed a choice. and I will never be happy if I was always angry, and if I let other people control my feelings.

    You have to make a constant effort to remind yourself of that. Focus on the things you can control and try to accept the ones you can't. That includes the people around you and their actions.

    Palawakan lang ng utak yan. Sarili mo lang ang kalaban mo. Learn to let go of the things that aren't really worth it. Choose your battles, and fight them wisely.

    ...& always, always, put yourself on other people's situation, think how you would feel if you get an angry person bashing on you, what would you feel? it worked for me before and still working when the beast in me struggles so hard to be unleashed.

    getting angry is okay, it's human nature, but it's always the action when you're angry that's really important. so always make it a point that you remind yourself that you are a good person and you have the power to control your anger.:)

    It's natural to react that way when one is provoked or angered.
    Try this. When you're super mad, slowly count 1 to 10 BEFORE you open your mouth or click the SEND button. Guaranteed to calm you down.
  • i never regret posting this i got the chance to know some in-depth person, and really it helps me alot. minsan nga lang its one step at a time. pag nasanay ka na madali na ang lahat. salamat sa lahat tips.

    The problem is that some situations are not as bad as it seems, but things can get blown out of proportion because of anger. When a situation angers you, do not react right away. Take a breather, walk away, forget about it for now.

    Chances are that you'll get over it and realize there's nothing to be angry about... but in other cases where after having done all these you still feel angry, release it. There is nothing deadlier than unreleased emotions. There is an effective way to release it though and you have to try your best not to offend. It's the only way to get your message across.

    Finally, forgive. It's liberating.
