In my experience, wala nang takas dyan. She sees you as a friend, not an object of lus...este love and affection. Kung 'friend' ko na I keep it that way...malay mo may mare-reto pa siya sayo in the future. Isa pa, kung kakaibiganin mo yung girl na gusto mo, make sure na alam niya whether subtle or obvious na you like her, that way malinaw na agad Speaking from experience(na hindi na mauulit!).

Pero I have a friend who has a friend that told him he was friends with this girl for a long time(kababata daw) and he told the girl he couldn't stay friends with her any longer. Why? He told her that he loves her more than a friend.

Ayun, naging sila. Hindi rin nagwork out daw in the end. I can only imagine siguro dahil napilitan yung girl? Baka napilitan pero I'm just speculating. DUnno but atleast he got what he wanted; maging gf yung friend niya. Hindi lang niya naclose nang tama.

naimbento lang naman yang term na friend zone para hindi mag mukhang kawawa yung mga lalake/babae na inayawan ng crush o gusto nila. purgatoryo para sa mga bigo. a compromise for those with weak self esteem.

it only exist to those who want to feel good about their rejection. pag naiintindihan mo na ang tema ng ligawan/suyuan ... ang bagsak lang ay either gusto ka o ayaw ka.

kung ayaw ka ng ginu gusto mo... iwasan na kaagad and don't enter their friend zone because she/he will be useless to you. pero kung ginusto ka rin ng ginusto mo.. then value them immensely... you can always be friends later.

i dont like it. its the dreaded friend zone. happened to me once when i was in college and i swear itll not happen again. sure befriend the girl but dapat laging may subtle hint na hindi lang friendship ang habol mo sa kanya. be that maginoo pero medyo bastos. dont always be there when she needs someone to cry on, to talk to, be unavailable. like what my college friend said--- "ang babae di binebestfriend, bine-vetsin!"
