After graduating with both a BA and MA with first-class honours from prestigious Central Saint Martins College, fashion designer Lesley Mobo caught the approving eyes of Renzo Rosso of Diesel, Ennio Capasa of Costume National, Antonio Marras of Kenzo and Raf Simons when he won the International Diesel Award during the International Talent Support 3 in Italy. Quite apart from his Diesel capsule collection, which sold out in New York, Berlin, Antwerp, London, Paris, Milan and Tokyo, Mobo’s designs are well-known in a substantial number of highly-respected fashion journals and magazines including Italian Vogue, Japanese Vogue, Spanish Vogue, Portuguese Vogue, i-D, Dazed and Confused, Self-Service, Purple Magazine and Another Magazine. His designs have been worn by celebrities such as Rihanna, Florence Welch, Anne Hathaway, Lady Gaga, Daisy Lowe, Christina Aguilera, Christina Ricci and supermodel Caroline Trentini, and photographed by Mario Sorrenti, Richard Bush, Mariano Vivanco, Alasdair McLellan, William Selden and Rankin.

Lesley Mobo is bringing his street couture and chic party dresses to the London circuit. Now in its third season his exclusive MOBO by Lesley Mobo Womenswear collection sold in leading boutiques and Dept stores around the world.“I have been enjoying and learning about fashion since I was 15-years-old, from being a biologist to an illustrator, head designer (Jasmine Di Milo) and as an independent fashion designer,” Mobo told us. Citing Vanessa Paradis, Olivia Palermo and Tali Lennox as his muses.
