    Bukod sa pagkakapanalo sa cosplay competitions, Myrtle takes pride in getting into the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. "Only one out of 10 students get the chance to go to school here. Not even my High School Valedictorian or anyone in my batch in high school was able to acquire such privilege to go to this University."

    Myrtle is also a big football fan as her city is considered the football capital of the Philippines. As Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation President of Barotac Nuevo, Province of Iloilo, gusto ni Myrtle mas mapalaganap pa ang vision ng kanilang bayan sa sport na ito through her joining PBB.

    MYRTLE FACTS/MOMENTS

    1. Myrtle takes particular notice on how a person pronounces her tongue-twisting name. It should be Mir-tle. Myrtle is an evergreen plants used in the old testament as an offering to God.

    2. She auditioned at Bacolod bringing her dad, and yayaShe went through the usual audition process

    3. She had her upper braces removed prior to audition. If you will look closely, the lower braces are still there.

    4. At the age of 14, when Myrtle and her family were at Manila, Myrtle requested her parents to allow her to attend a Cosplay convention at Megamall. Her parents checked it out first and found it harmless. She went there without a single friend. Her parents picked her up by 8 PM. Unsurprisingly, she went home with fantastic stories and great pictures, and she had gained numerous friends.

    Her first cosplayer friend is Hye Nim, and her first photographer friends were Kira Hokuten and Richie dela Merced. Normally, when she goes to Manila, she and her friends have photoshoots which they really have fun doing. The photoshoots even produce fantastic results. The photos taken are now in circulation in the internet. Some of them you would find in the fanpage.

    5. "RAWR!" What does it mean? Myrtle learned this word from the cosplay world. It is used during intense emotions with a matching hand motion. Its meaning is still unknown but do you know that Myrtle is banned from using this word to her mom? The word is too ambiguous; a perfect answer to a question you don’t want to answer. How it got “banned” goes like this.

    Mom: Myrtle, nagfa-facebook ka na, nag-aral ka na ba?

    Myrtle: RAWR!

    Mom: Baby, your Dad wants to know if you have returned the call of ____ , they need you to sing during their event.

    Myrtle: RAWR!

    Mom (really irritated): From now on, don’t use that word on me! Banned na yang RAWR! Puro ka na lang RAWR! Walang meaning yang RAWR!

    Myrtle: Why mom? Wala naman masama dun ah? It’s not a curse!

    Mom: RAWR!

    6. Myrtle is a member of a lot of Internet forums (which are now unfortunately defunct). She met a lot of friends there. Even if those Internet forums are gone, she still maintains her friendship with the people she met from there. That's how nice and sincere Myrtle is as a friend.

    In the Internet forums, she discusses a whole bunch of stuff - not just anime and cosplaying, though they are included.

    Some of these forums include: KHQ, TotalGirlPH and so much more.

    7. Myrtle is very fond of food; however, she does not drink coffee or cola because it darkens the color of the teeth. She loves to eat cookies. She prefers to eat brown organic rice and eats white rice when this is not available. She also happens to love durian.

    7. Myrtle's first dogs were named Sam and Say after the housemates of the first PBB season.

    8. Myrtle HATES lizards more than anything.

    9. Myrtle's favorite stuffed toys are Brownie and Blueberry. They have been around since she was a kid.

    11. Her favorite bands during high school were Paramore and Panic! At the Disco.

    12. Although she wanted to, Myrtle was never allowed to dye her hair. That's why she stuck to wigs and extensions!

    13. She used to sing "Tinamaan mo ako" all the time whenever she would ride in their car.

    14. Myrtle won as Ms. Angelicum during her 3rd year in high school.

    15. Ang bahay ng nagtatahi ng costumes ni Myrtle ay puno ng pictures ni Myrtle! Haha.

    16. She was crazy about David Archuleta when he was still on AI.

    17. On her 17th birthday, she met Ryan Bang and Marcelito Pomoy in a restaurant. They sang for her.

    18. Myrtle was an actress and member of a stage acting group in Iloilo called Prima Galaw.

    19. Myrtle's favorite ice cream flavors are vanilla and coffee crumble.

    haha yup.. she was preparing herself sa celebration ni Mariz but tinawag siya ni kuya at walang arte mag help kay Mariz even if nakaayos na siya for the party.... hehehe
