Tutuloy kaya nila sa November 2014 itong no travel policy na to?? So kung di pa naka rehistro ang oto mo dahil brandnew palang di ka pwedeng bumyahe sa november?

Tips naman po dyan...Meron kase akong bagong bili na oto almost 1 week palang...TIA!:)

I saw this in the news. according to LTO wala na daw backlog sa plates so your dealer should update you when you can get your plate.
