Second hand cars: 1999 Revo (Diesel) vs. 2001 Crv vs. 2002 Subaru

I am planning to buy my Mother and Father a second-hand SUV for their daily use. Here are my choices
a 1999/2001 Revo with a Diesel engine (MT) for 280k Php
a 2001 Honda CRV running on Gas (MT) for 280k Php
a 2002 Subaru Forester running on Gas (MT) for 315k Php
Can you please help me as to which one I should buy? All of the above are in good running conditions and have pretty decent exteriors and interiors. My concerns are on the following:
Fuel efficiency
Parts and service maintenance
Durability
The seller of the Forester told me that it's FE is at 19 city and 25 highway MPG. Is this possible in the current city traffic situation? Comparing it to the Revo, the seller said it was at around 11/13 MPG combined using Diesel. I'm a bit confused as to why the Forester seems to consume less fuel as against the Revo.
Any feedbacks would be well-appreciated.

get the toyota, cheaper ang fuel and parts and service is not a problem, kahit saan mo dalhin may marunong gumawa. honda medyo maarte ang piyesa nyan, mahal pa. yung subaru mas lalong mahal ang pyesa at flat 4 boxer engine yan, hindi mo pwedeng kahit saan shop/talyer dalhin yan kakaiba kasi ang lay out, pirming sa casa ang pagawa nyan. yung gas mileage, parepareho lang yan, hindi rin naman nasusunod yung nakalagay sa brochure, depende pa rin sa driving style ng may-ari at kundisyon ng sasakyan.0

revo ay hindi SUV. (Sport Utility Vehicle)
Ito po ay AUV. (All Utility Vehicle)0 -

Yes, it's an AUV. And if it's for the parents of the TS and he's concerned on their comfort, the Revo diesel will not be a good choice.0 -
Fuel consumption = REVO
Parts and service = REVO is the cheapest to maintain
Durability= syempre TOYOTA
CRV and Forester have bad FC's.. well not really that bad, but if youre parents are not concerned with rising prices of gasoline, then go for the crv. forester goes last because of fuel consumption and expensive parts.
My advise: REVO for durability, cheap parts, good FC.
CRV if gasoline prices are not a problem at all. Personally Id pick the CRV.0 -
