Kakalungkot talaga sa dodo. Hanggang ngayun ganun pa rin sweldo ko. 5 months na akong na-appraise hanggang ngayun eh wala pa rin ang increase. The rate this thing is going eh baka mauna pa sa akin ma-increase ang mga baguhan samantalang almost 2 years na ako dito. Ni annualization wala pa rin. Sana naman magawan ng paraan ito.

salamat naman. kung maibabalik lang ang panahon, sana nag-spend ako ng at least 2 years man lang. kung hindi lang ako umalis noong 2007 (kasi nagkasakit ako) dapat medyo may posisyon na rin ako. ang malas ko lang nung 2nd comeback ko, kay gagang I.R pa ako napadpad! diyos ko! buti nanaganak pa ng maayos yun at di pa nakunan para ipatikim man lang sa kanya ang ginagawa niya sa mga agents niya! sorry medyo salbahe ang post ko pero di ko talaga matiis yung sama ng loob ko sa TL na ito. Balita ko matagal na rin siya wala.

Another is the VoIP service we offer. I daresay that the brief training we had to support VoIP service we have is inadequate to fully understand the concepts, nature and technicalities of VoiP. We don't even have an actual VOIP equipment (ATA for example) to tinker with. It's like shooting in the moon, a trial and error process that does not really translate to efficiency. God help us in the coming months when we start to offer Gas and Electricity services!
I've been with the company for 26 months now and it saddens me to see comrades who have resigned from tech. Dodo tech is like a family to me. It is the main motivating factor to me while I still go to work enthusiastically. I really hope, aside from the people and friends I have with dodo tech, I will have more compelling reasons to stay with Acquire.
