Trans-Pacific flights have bigger baggage allowances, does this baggage allowance carried over to regional connecting flights?
Like LAX-NRT-MNL, will the baggage allowance for LAX-NRT be the same as NRT-MNL?

    absolutely! provided its on one booking reference or on the same iterinary.But if you book a separate NRT-MNL ticket, it has nothing to do with the bigger trans pacific baggage allowance.
