Paano ba hindi masaktan on small things?
Hindi ko makontrol ang nararamdaman ko kasi kahit konting insulto lang o konting opinyon lang na konting nakakasakit, i cant manage myself not to be hurt so much. And because of this hurting, i've been emotionally unstabled na nagdudulot sa madaling pagbabago ng aking isip o desisyon.
Nalalaman o naiintindihan ko naman kung ano yung dapat kong gawin if this kind of situation happened pero dahil sa emosyon ko hindi ko ito ma-i-apply sa sarili ko. Yung tipong paulit-ulit na lang yung mga nangyayari pero hindi ko magawang maovercome so paulit-ulit din akong nasasaktan. Naiinis ako sa sarili ko kasi sobrang maramdamin ako.
At dahil sa pagiging emotionally unstable ko which resulted to unstable mind too, naging mapaghinala ako. Marami tuloy nag-iisip na nababaliw o nawawala na ako sa sarili ko.

relax ka lang. sayang oras if you focus on little things na sobrang trivial.. unang pag aralan mo is how to let go and forgive yourself. unang dapat magmahal sayo e yung sarili mo. then you can be happy.

^^ nice advice! kay TS baka overwhelmed ka lang. Naranasan ko na rin yan, pero stress lang talaga. Isipin mo wala ka namang ina-agrabyadong tao, wala kang atraso sa mga taong mali ang perception sa iyo-if totoo man yun eh try to prove that you can change for the better. bahala sila sa buhay nila. baka naiingit lang sa iyo. siguro it's time to stop playing "lucy torres", dapat mag-ala gretchen barreto na!!

well dont think the negative side SA personality mo,and try not to be affected sa lahat ng mga sinasabi ng mga tao about you,who are they to judge you anyway,kasi if you always act like that kakainin ka ng insecurities mo.life is too short just enjoy your life.gamitin mo nalang yung mga bad comments nila sayo to improve your personality.nobodys perfect naman diba.0

obviously, grabe ang attention na binibigay mo sa bawat maliliit na bagay. nagkakaroon ng over magnification.
nakasanayan mo na ma-apektuhan lagi, kaya pa ikot-ikot ka na lang at hindi ka na makaalis diyan. you have to enjoy life. 'di natin alam kung aabot ba tayo ng 30, 40, 50.. so on. kaya enjoy.
hindi makakatulong sa iyo ito. at mahahawa pa ang ibang tao na medyo malapit sa iyo.

Well, sometimes you just have to diss back when you get dissed. Mahirap yung kinikimkim mo na lang lagi. A little arrogance doesn't hurt.

Read a self help books or power books. Sometimes a book is much better companion that a person. A good book can better relate to you.
Your problem is your self esteem. You can do something about it. Start with the physical, make yourself healthy in that way your mind will function accordingly.0
