Victoria Towers (Timog corner Panay)

Pros:
  1. 5 elevators (1 freight elevator)
  2. Courteous security guards
  3. Nice location
  4. Well developed commercial area
  5. Wide parking on-ramp
  6. Parking garage design allows for easy driving and navigation

Cons:
  1. Garbage chute stinks up the entire hall it is located at.
  2. Poor maintenance of the building. The halls looks dilapidated even though its relatively new.
  3. Poor design in terms of taking advantage of natural light.
  4. During the Ondoy typhoon the rain water drains BACK FLOWED up to the 10th (or maybe its 9th) floor! This single problem caused considerable damage to affected units.
  5. The project was designed to maximize sellable space but with very few amenities!

Minor Con:

Double loaded corridors.

Minor Pro:

Nice infinity pool.

Caveat:

I am not the owner of the unit so my pros and cons are simply the result of residing in the project. At the very least you wont see pipes protruding here and there (attention Empire East).

    ^hindi ko na nasundan kung ano nangyari dun since yung unit owner at yung condo management and nag usap.

    hindi nag seep in yung rain water... nag back flow mula sa alulud. pwede sabihing extra ordinary ang lakas ng ulan nung Ondoy pero bakit yung ibang condo naman hindi nag backflow.

    Sa unit ng friend ko, Wala **** sila na kuha na. Insurance, Wala din repair.... Sobrang Tagal ng waiting list till they decided to do the repairs themselves na Lang

    The interior of their elevators look scary

    Tenants at one of their condos along EDSA hang their clothes on the windows (sinampay). Nagmumukhang low cost housing tuloy.

    V.Station Timog - Ang sikip ng parking ramp at hindi pwede magsalubong ang 2 sasakyan.

    I don't like the design of Victoria towers. They look like house with a lot of floors. If you make skysreaper it would look more modern. I dont have any info about New San Jose Builders, Inc. so I can't give feedback.
  • San Jose Builders is such a scam! ang tagal ng turn over ng units tapos hindi pa pala nagbabayad yata to ng tax. i google nyo name ng developer na to and dami nyo makikita complaints. Tsk!

    Builder sued over P7M unpaid taxes

    A group of enraged condominium unit owners has filed a complaint against a known developer for allegedly deceiving them as the latter owes the Quezon City government about P7-million in real estate tax obligations, among others.

    In a nine-page complaint filed before the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), a copy of which was obtained by The Manila Times, the unit owners belonging to the Theresa Tower Condominium Association Inc., in San Martin de Porres, Cubao, Quezon City demanded a complete turnover of the property by the New San Jose Builders, the developer of the condominium project.

    Represented by lawyer Joel Pradia, also a unit owner, the homeowners said they decided to lodge a complaint against the company after they discovered that it has not been paying real estate taxes to the city government from 2006 up to the present.

    We have a very bad experience with new san jose builders. A few of my family members bought from them. Headache to deal with them and until now still a headache. We have made our payments for 48 months and until now they have no date as to when they will deliver. And their customer relations people, useless, don't deal with dong albao and their head christine kuyos another useless employee. Go to their office you see cheap shoes under their tables and tv turned on while you wait for them to entertain your complaints. I wish all the buyers of new san jose can get together and file a big suit against them. I wish another developer buys them out. Can't the government do something about companies like new san jose, they should not be allowed to continue selling and deceiving their buyers. We should maybe file a complaint against them with the ombudsman. Is there a body in fort global who can take complaints against developers like new san jose builders. All those who have been tricked in buying with new san jose builders should spread the word on how bad and dangerous it is to deal with them. Lets all continue spreading bad things about their business ethics hopefully until a govt institution reprimands them.

    i would think twice before buying from them. We are regretting that we bought from them. Go with other know and more prestigious developers. We should have done that.

    Personally, reserved a unit at FOrt Victoria on May 2011, but up till now they claim the Contract to Sell was LOST !? We have been paying the cheques while nothing was done. If u notice their website (NSJBI) has no way of contacting them, no email no tel. Chat fails to work.

    Bago ang lahat!!! @#$%$^#@ mo San Jose Builders!!!!! tinapos ko bayaran yang equity for 3 years tapos ngayon fully paid na ko sinasabi nyong kulang pa ko ng 3mos!!!! nung dinala ko 'yun complete receipt ko sa kanila na-check nila na *** 3mos receipt ko sa iba nakapangalan, kaya ngayon 1 month na ko panay follow up para makuha 'yun necessary document ko na patunay na fully paid na ko!!! ang sabi sa akin ng customer relation under investigation pa din!!! yang @#$@#$#@$ na nagngangalang Ice at Christine mga B!+Ch3es na dapat tumutulong daw sa akin eh walang update mga useless!!! ilang beses na ko pinaasang tatawagan hanggang ngayon di pa ko tinatawagan!!!! ako palagi 'yung tumatawag sa kanila!!!!! kung kelan ako na fully paid saka ako binigyan ng problema!!!! mga ****** ina nila!!!! napakabulok ng san jose builders, inc!!!! nakakapangsisi talaga!!! mga ***** at bobo empleyado!!! hindi marunong mag alaga ng mga client nila!!! kaya kayo wag na kayo bibili ng bahay sa kanila!!! magaling lang yang mga yan sa umpisa!!!!!!

    Good na hindi ko itinuloy ang house construction ko sa kanila.

    Sa application pa lang magulo na sila, walang coordination at parang mga walang kuwentang kausap.

    Just to confirm, sila yung may office sa Megamall right?

    sa mga bibili pa lang ng unit sa San Jose Builders, try niyo muna tingnan yung almost 4 years na na hanggang ngayon e nasa 4th o 5th floor pa din na condo na ginagawa sa Makati. Puro kalawang na mga bakal at binabaha pa ang lugar.

    same thing happened with us. for one year we have been paying and they were not able to produce our contract to sell. i stopped paying for one year. i just continued paying after meeting with the VP of their account management. after that meeting they finally gave us our contract to sell. we had an issue with them again now. honestly if not because we have invested so much in their company we would have stopped paying them. they are a big headache to deal with. those who are thinking of buying from them i think you should all think hard.

    same thing happened with us. istopped our payment until they produced our contract. they are headache to deal with until now. such a big regret we bougth from them. for those considering of buying from them think 100 time!
