Brainstorm tayo! Would you choose a non voice account over voice account?

What are the pros and cons?

  • I've tried both long ago on separate occasions. I've observed that most non voice accounts pay less compared to voice accounts. At that time, my verbal communications skills went from above average to just average xD .

    Currently, I'm unemployed and I'm looking for an account which can be both voice and non voice because I want to balance my verbal and written communication skills.

    non-voice pa din. parang typical na office work lang, yet earning as a CC agent. mahirap din sa una, but then again. lahat naman mahirap sa una :D

    voiced account. given a chance ayoko na bumalik dito. i would prefer a minimum wager job than to go back in this type of work, kahit 30k pa ioffer per cut off :lol:

    if, like for back office post, and will only require 10% of calls the whole shift, ok lang yun.

    Chat or email support. Meron deng data entry. IMO, mas challenging ang voice account. Sa voice account, you need to have at least good communication skill and masisikmura mo mga irate callers :rotflmao:

    I think even though na mas mataas sweldo ng voice accounts, mas mataas din ang attrition nya.

    Mas petiks non voice lalo na email support,
    minsan makakatulog ka nalang sa antok.

    Problema lang may quota kadalasan.
    Sa voice, mas mataas offer pero mahirap pumetiks
    at pag naiihi ka, o gusto mo kumain bawal kasi you have
    to take calls.

    Sa non voice pwede ka kumain sa floor, mag browse ng kung ano ano
  • I've tried both at pag non voice acct, I found email support was better. It didn't pay as much but was less stressful. Quota lang katapat mo per day pero most of the time, tapos na quota mo bago pa mag end of shift or pwede ka magpahinga whenever as long as ma meet mo quota mo. Yung isa naman ay chat support. Gagawa ka nang illusion na isa lang kausap mo kahit apat na tao. Mababa rin pay nito pero compared sa voice acct na isa isa lang kausap mo, mas stressful yung chat support. Pero depende din. Noon yung chat support ko ay prepaid sim card activation lang. Tapos dinagdagan nila nang mga bagong driver na iba iba process. Madalas mali yung matatype mo sa maling window.

    Sa amin pag Voice ka VSA ang tawag means Voice Service Associate, sobrang dali lang, tatawag ka lang sa bank, i coconfirm mo yung loan number, tapos na, hahhahahahaha, sa isang araw. 3 to 6 calls lang hahaha tapos pwede pa kumain sa loob ng prod, dati akong non voice, okay naman ang sahod madali ang trabaho, pero nag try ako sa voice hahaha kahit hindi ako magaling mag english
  • Pag chat support sa non-voice, kailangan mga limang tabs or active chat and handle ng agent bilang minimum. Minsang umaabot ng sampu. Hindi tulad sa voice na iisang customer lang ang handle at one time.

    Buti naman nandyan pa ang program niyo? Usually kapag ganito ka-petiks, magsasara na iyan soon kasi meaning, mas preferred ng client i-route ang calls sa ibang contact center.
