We are not a Call Center yet we are a BPO.
Professionalism is really engaged that is why we require degree holders.
We process our own services and products and do not outsource.
Mostly of the positions we have are mainly back office work as we have US counter parts.
Some positions are 24/7, some are morning shift or midshift. But mostly, we cater US time so might be working grave yard.
